With over 25 years of combined experience, our construction schedulers are skilled in the field of construction management, with a strong emphasis in construction claim mitigation, administration, management, and construction scheduling. We are familiar with the major aspects of a construction project and program-wide objectives. We are experienced in developing baseline schedules as well as reviewing contractor baseline schedule and providing recommendations to the clients to minimize risk.
